User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (parental consent required for minors)

- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
Educational Services
- We provide online Quran learning through certified teachers
- Class schedules are subject to teacher availability
- Students must attend classes punctually and prepared
- Missed classes may be rescheduled based on availability
- We reserve the right to reassign teachers when necessary
- Certificates are issued upon successful course completion
Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in advance before accessing classes
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Currency conversion rates may apply for international payments
Code of Conduct
- Maintain respectful behavior towards teachers and staff
- Use appropriate language during classes and communications
- Dress modestly during video sessions
- No recording of classes without explicit permission
- Respect Islamic values and teachings
- Report any inappropriate behavior immediately
Prohibited Activities
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without permission
- Uploading malicious software or harmful content
- Harassing or discriminating against other users
- Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
- Violating intellectual property rights
